What I liked

At 66 years old I had never been in hospital, but everyone on Hollybank Ward put me at ease as soon as I was admitted.

The staff were very efficient, and the ward exceptionally clean. Nothing was too much trouble.

Everyone was extremely busy, but always smiling.

What could be improved

The only problem, that apparently is all across NHS Hospitals, is nearly everything stands still at weekends, which seems a waste of resources when people could be probably go home sooner.
