I had an appointment for the dentist but when i got there my name was not find anywhere on the computer.how is that possible?? in early may 2010 I've phoned in to register for a NHS dentist, they told me that on that moment they don't take in new patients so they can only make me an appointnemt for middle of july. when i got there the reception had no idea about any appointment for today. they asked me about the appointment letter but i didn't even get one by post. after about 15 min they're telling me that the dental acces was no longer available from last week or so.nobody send me a cancelation letter or any notice by post. so many staff at the reception yet no one there to deal with this kind of paperwork , some of us lose a lot of time for nothing because others don't do their job properly.
