"This is the third time in two ..."

What I liked

This is the third time in two years I have had to have surgery at Burnley, Ward 15, the staff are amazing, from the consultants to the ward cleaners. May I also add my thanks to the staff in theatre 5 on Monday a.m. 28th June. Everyone has been so helpful and kind on each of my visits - thank you is so inadequate.

What could be improved

Nothing could have been inproved or more done for me.
