What I liked

I attended day surgery and x-ray and was worried both about the cystoscopy procedure and the outcome. I found the staff to be reassuring and efficient and the clinic was well run and clean.

I appreciated the care of all staff, from the doctor who was considerate and careful to the person who made me a cup of tea.

The information sent beforehand enabled me to go prepared with dressing gown and book.

What could be improved

Is the long gap between the x-ray and cystoscopy appointments really necessary?

The leaflet about cancer scared me- I probably wouldn't have thought about that.
