What could be improved

The appointment system to see a Specialist is very poor and I have had 1st appt cancelled due to wrong Specialist. 2nd appt for a month later cancelled without reason and no further appt issued yet ?

Anything else?

My Doctor is also very unhappy that even further delay is caused. The doctor agrees that I needed to be seen sooner and further delay is very unsatisfactory as I will suffer symptoms for longer than necessary logo
