Can't praise the nurses in the day surgery unit enough for their hard work on such a hot day (30+ degrees). My operation yesterday was cancelled and I was very upset, the nurses were extremely comforting. My doctor managed to get me another surgery appointment today and made sure I was on the top of the list - in and out very quickly.
