What could be improved
Had mountain bike accident, on first admission was cleared bruised but OK.
Upon self re-referral was finally diagnosed with 5 broken ribs, fractured scapula and small pneumothorax, then was kept in overnight for observation.
Outcome could have been much more serious for a different patient mis-diagnosed so comprehensively.
