What I liked
I went to A&E on Saturday morning as I had torn ligaments in my knee.
My details were taken and I was seen within the hour. I was seen my a fantastic, helpul, friendly, cheerful nurse who talked sensibly to me and gave me good advice as to treatment, (ice bag, ibuprofen.etc)I was given a very helpful leaflet on excercises , some paracetamol and an appointment for physio.
The treatment room was spotless.
Everyone was polite.
Anything else?
Even though I was in pain I was able to walk out happy with my treatment.
