About: The Great Western Hospital

What I liked

Staff and doctors were friendly and cooperative but I left hospital not knowing really just how good or bad my condition is and what I can expect from life in the future. I know that I am referred to The John Radcliffe though how soon can I expect to be called and how will what 'they' do affect my condition. I am 82yrs but I hope to have a few more years yet. Will I get transport to Oxford and is the visit for just a day? Finally the staff do work hard and I appreciated their care.

What could be improved

Direction of resources

Anything else?

Thank goodness for the NHS
