What I liked

After a horrific experiance at another Oxford Hospital a year prior to my operation, I was not looking forward to another week in hospital. From the minute I walked into the nuffield the reception was friendly and helpful. The professional and compassionate attitude of the staff put me at ease, and made me feel that I was in good hands. After my spine operation I stayed on ward D,again the staff were friendly helpful, and nothing was to much trouble, I felt that the way I was treated aided my recovery, as all I had to worry about was getting better, There was one minor incident, but this was down to one member of staff with a bad attitude, Which is a shame, but did'nt bother me as everything and everyone else was wonderful.I think this hospital should be used as an example to all others of the correct way to do it.. To all the staff at the Nuffield, thankyou so much...,,.

What could be improved

The tea, P.G. tips would be nice..
