What I liked
I tried to change my appointment time. I was "first in the queue" on the phone for 45 minutes before I managed to speak to someone.An answerphone would be useful if the phones are unmanned for so long. In the event I was not able to change my appointment for anything more suitable because no other options were available.So much for patient choice.
What could be improved
Answerphone. Also the offer to cancel the appointment completely was not appreciated.
