(as a service user),

A recent visit to stonehaven medical centre for bloods and an ECG, I was very anxious about the bloods being taken as I've had stressful experiences around this in the past. Practice nurse (Can't remember her name) was excellent, made me feel at ease, was friendly and not judgemental.

A stressful experience made pleasant.
