"Terrible experience"

About: Priory Hospital

Had to wait nearly 30mins for consultant after appointment time.. They didnt apologise for me waiting. During consultation they advised me that they did not deal with my type of injury and would have to refer me to a colleague. They then asked who was paying for my treatment.???After i advised it was through my work they requested a CT scan and began berating me about smoking err i think i came about my ankle not lungs and you cannot help me with that so wasnt happy about their opinions.. After weeks of trying to find out the results or when i would have a follow up coincedence only when full payment was made did i receive a referral letter to another consultant whom I have declined to see as I have went thru NHS since and being seen by a very nice consultant, had a MRI and already have had a follow up appointment and this appointment is still a week away in the same amount of time.

This experience will let me think twice about going private for a speedier timeframe as service is very poor.
