(as a service user),

I attended Inclusion some 9 weeks ago after I was advised of services from social care after there was 3rd party concerns.

On my initial attendance to Inclusion for assessment it was good, questions asked. The lady (Anne) who assessed me asked relevant questions and understood what I was saying. She was not forceful of making assumptions

Only negative thing is that I was changed keyworker, but as I an not attending groups and peer support I have the option of not seeing k/worker as the support im accessing is good.. However on seeing the new keyworker he is really chilled.

I have been attending the groups Women's group and this has been brilliant and people are lovely and there is regulars faces there. The peer support is fantastic and I feel that I can share and disclose my feelings and not be judged and that the facilitator staff manage and work information well (Selena / Vanda / Alison)

I do feel that I would encourage people to attend Inclusion for support probably that family cant always give as they don't understand from the same direction.

Overall my experience of Inclusion has been Positive

Thank you so much for the time you have taken to give us this feedback. In terms of changing keyworker - I can look into this for you if you would like but it sounds like this has been resolved. If not please let me know. I'd like to respond to the issue of groups. We are so pleased that the women's group has gone well in Wisbech. There has been discussions with other areas and how we can introduce this there. The sign that that group produced which is in the group room is amazing. And lastly peer support is something we are passionate about and that we will always encourage.

Just a bit of an update really is that we will be launching our new Groupwork programme across Cambridgeshire on 1st October. We are extremely excited about this and we will be encouraging plenty of service users to become involved. Groups are a great way to gain support from others and build friendships which last away from treatment services. This is so important to help people continue their recovery.
