"I could not say how wonderful they have been"

About: Inclusion Wisbech

(as a service user),

Brilliant, Everyone I have had contact with at Inclusion has been fantastic. I could not say how wonderful they have been, especially at such a difficult time at the moment.

I recently came into see Inclusion after losing my sister and was offered support. Alan was 'Top Man' he went over and above expectations

I spent time with management who allowed me time to speak about events. With real compassion and listened.

Alan is a credit to Inclusion. He is none judgmental

I have been with Inclusion just over a year and have always been received well and staff have been brilliant. 100%.

I am hoping to get myself on track and support others with alcohol problems when I am able to move further with the support of Inclusion services

Hi ASHSEL

Firstly, let me offer my condolences for your loss. It must be such a difficult time for you and your family at the moment and of course if there is any way we can help please ask.

Thank you for your kind words especially about Alan. He is a new member of the team in Wisbech and I'll pass this on to him.

Your last point is an amazing one and one that we will always support. I personally have a passion for encouraging service users to become involved. We have many people like yourself who have been a service user and moved on to become a Recovery Champion, Volunteer and also a paid member of staff.

I'm pleased it seems you are getting what you need at this difficult time. Please keep us updated on how things are going for you.

Thanks

Paul
