What could be improved

I agree with previous comments regarding the waiting time for blood tests. It seems inappropriate for retired/unemployed patients to take up valuable early-morning slots that could be used by people who work. Especially during the current economic climate, everything should be done to ensure that people in work are at work, and not sitting around in a waiting room. Surely it is not difficult to restrict the first hour to working patients. Other than that the service is fine.
