"the staff were friendly and compassionate, ..."

About: The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (Stanmore)

What I liked

the staff were friendly and compassionate, with a real interest in children and their welfare. They were considerate of his pain and would time check ups to not interupt his sleep and so forth.

What could be improved

more fridge space, or even seprate ones for each ward as due to the long term residents filling the fridges with food and drinks-which may not have been urgently needed, there was no space for my baby son's milk, which was needed as its all he has.

Anything else?

A really enjoyable stay considering why we were there. after the operation they helped my son adjust to the cast and made sure he was always comfortable regarding pain relief.

Thank you for taking the time to make your comments about your son's recent stay at the hospital. We are very pleased that your feedback is so positive and will pass it on to our colleagues in the children's ward.
