What I liked

childrens wards have friendly and responsive staff,when i took my daughter in for an operation ,the staff were wonderful, she was extremely afraid but they continued to lift her spirits even after the operation .when we went back for a check up she was surrounded by very helpful nurses, we were able to see the surgeon and thank him personally.i am sure this positive effort will make it all the more easier if ever she has to visit again .

What could be improved

information given at the bedside,most times you dont know what is being decided about you,better meals,and desserts.more pillows.and more reasonable pricing on the tv access.
