What I liked
I entered Charing Cross Hospital to have a malignant tumour removed from myforehead and nasal area as you can imagine I was not a little scared, but on meeting the surgeon and his team ( more like his family ) I knew I was in great hands
Everything was explained with no holes barred and all the staff on 10 South from cleaners to medical staff were great could not do enough for me and always had a smile to share ( this was such a help )
Thank you all you were a real moral booster.
This staff attitude was extended to the Radiotherapy unit I attended fro 6 weeks nothing was too much trouble and they explained everything you asked of them
So to me they are the LS 5/6 A-Team Thank you all
What could be improved
Absolutly nothing. My thanks again
