"All the areas I visited i.e: Reception, ..."

What I liked

All the areas I visited i.e: Reception, Cafeteria (good food & a lovely cuppa!) and toilets were all exceptionally clean. The Reception staff, the Nurses & the Consultant were friendly & respectful at all times. There was such a relaxed atmosphere, it was not at all like the usual Hospital visits I have had as a patient, at other hospitals.

What could be improved

Nothing!!

Anything else?

This Hospital should be used as a benchmark for all hospitals! Excellent.
