What I liked

Liked the help that me and the Family recieved when explaining at the main reception who we needed to see.

What could be improved

Bereavement Suite seems to far away from the Main Reception, especially if you suffer from Breathing problems as it was for my Mother. The Suite seating arrangments was not nice as these were to low to the floor. Could do with having other seating that sit higher to make it easier getting of / out of them, This is all ok if the visitors are resonable fit but not for the elderly and who have breathing problems.
