What I liked

I attended for a simple blood test which in fairness was quick and efficient despite the queue of 10 or so people ahead of me. I have no criticism of the medical service.

However if the medical service was as bad as the car park design I'd be sueing for malpractice!

What could be improved

This is the first time I have attended Riply for some time - the only polite word I can use to describe the new car park layout is "attrocious".

It is no longer possible to drive around the car park and results in cars trying to turn around in very limited spaces and blockages as cars attempt to negotiate around each other.

Then we have the spaces stacked 3 in a row - who ever decided this was a good idea? It seemed to me yesterday that a good percentage of the spaces were wasted as people, staff I presume, had parked at either end leaving the central gap empty - which shouldnt have come as a great surprise, I wouldnt park my car in the middle and risk getting blocked in either. However as these spaces were empty clearly you have overallocated the amount of staff parking!

I cant even say it was a good idea badly implemented - in no respect can this ever have been a good design. What were you thinking Ripley Hospital?

Myself and the other two cars battling around the carpark eventually parked on the street despite there actually being free spaces but inaccessable spaces in the car park. If I was a local resident having to suffer patients parking down the street I would be up in arms.

Anything else?

If you are looking to save costs I suggest you start by firing the individual that designed the new layout. It is an absolute disgrace.

I can only say that I am glad I only have to visit once in a proverbial blue moon.
