What I liked
Thanks to all the staff on Ward 5. The person who booked me in for my surgery. The person who took me down to theatre. The anaethatist, the surgeon. The ward staff, who work none stop, those who did the night shift. All the other staff whose names I do not know. Thank you for the meals, all the cuppas and your care. I think the staff have a lot to put with, you see people at their very worst and sometimes if you're lucky at their best. I don't understand patients who deliberately put tablets they've been given to take, into their handbags then complain they don't feel very well. No-one enjoys hospital but the idea is to co-operate so you can go home not to complain and make life difficult for the very people who are trying to help you. Keep up the good work Heartlands and once again many thanks.
What could be improved
I think it would be a good idea to have self flushing toilets installed, I can't beleive the amount of people who don't flush the toilet after themselves. The cleanliness of the hospital has a lot to do with the people who use the facilities.
