"A & E and Ansty Ward"

I was totally impressed by my recent care in A and E and especially Ansty ward. The care and consideration I recieved from the staff from the tea staff to the Consltant was empathetic, kind and considerate. Almost all staff asked me my name and introduced themselves with a handshake included by senior staff. I was kept informed about the process and all my questions were answered. I saw everybody needed to assess and deliver my care needs including nurses, consultant, cardiac specialist, diabetic nurse and pharmacist. My faith in mankind was restored.
