What I liked
The Cath Lab staff were very kind and reassuring to me as this was a bit of a scary experience for me coming out of the blue as it did. They were reassuring in the theatre talking to me and making me feel less anxious.
The Day ward staff were kind and understanding and made sure I was safe even going to the loo!Thank you to them too and for the after care, I felt very cold and the Nurse in the Day ward got me some blankets to keep me warm.
Anything else?
Thank you to the NHS Heart Hospital for fitting my Pacemaker I really do appreciate it.
