What I liked

there are no hand wash cleansers at all in vicinity of waiting room at A & E, the dispenser opposite cubicle to the Triage nurse was empty last night, likewise the dispenser outside Xray No 6.

i wonder why it should be so? after all we have been told repeatedly about hygiene

What could be improved

improvisation in short term of hand spray, for use prior to and after visiting the cubicle rooms.

one patient had blistered fee all over a few seats and the seats back rests , the blisters were leaking, he had just come out from the doctor.

Anything else?
