What I liked

orthopaedics initial appointments had to be seen in a physio cubicle as there was no rooms availible it would have been more private outside on the lawn. second appointment no better my questions went un answered things i pointed out on my scan they hadnt spotted , when asked for my scans back 9 payed privately, consultant forgot to bring them , was told they would be posted to me two weeks later i recieved a copy of a few images the origional they kept, you phone up to request your property back and you are told their far too busy. since found out consultant sent a report to my gp before i seen the consultant, my opinion is dont waste your breath time and effort at this hospital theres far better ones out there.

What could be improved

if i was seen first listened to then scans checked in right area they just might have spotted the problem in the first place sequence of events are far too lapse communication would be a bonus but heh you cannot expect too much.
