What I liked

There are a couple (perhaps three) of doctors that know what they're doing, have an eye for detail and a hand that matches... unfortunately they are not the one's doing the work. These particular doctors are however motivated to acheive a good outcome for the patient.

What could be improved

Cleanliness needs to be improved.

The skill of those performing the work needs to be improved so that the work does not have to be repeated five or more time... to still not get it right.

Appointment system needs overhauling... one year over due and counting!

Thank you very much for taking the time to give us your positive feedback on the care provided by our doctors as well as pass on your constructive comments.

We continue to address a number of environmental improvements in the hospital. We are improving the patient environment by introducing a higher frequency of cleaning and new initiatives in cleaning technology over the next year.
