What could be improved

The place needs to be cleaned, thoroughly, from the top to the bottom.

Anything else?

Very little was communicated to me about my treatment. in fact, I was placed into isolation for nearly a week and was just about going "stir crazy" when I was told, "oh it's alright if you want to go downstairs to the shop. Just avoid intimate contact with other people."
