What I liked

I would like to thank the staff in the A and E department following a recent visit with my 8 year old daughter who had broken her wrist. The staff were swift and kept us informed. Dealt with her age appropriately. We were in seen and out again within a couple of hours. It was my daughters first experience of a hospital and i am pleased for her and me that it was a positive experience that made a traumatic accident less traumatic in the manner that it was dealt with so smoothly.
