What I liked

I came the hospital with a minor (but deep) wound following a bike accident and received excellent service. Everyone was very patient, kind and extremely professional - even though I was shakey and squeamish!

One member of staff is an excellent nurse - I could not have had better care.

What could be improved

Magazines in the waiting room but I didn't wait very long so this wasn't a problem.
