What I liked

I cannot fault this hospital in the slightest. They have saved my Dads life and have given the best care I could imagine. All the nurses are so friendly in the intensive care unit they all remember my name and keep me informed. I honestly dont think I would of coped if it wasnt for all the doctors and nurses here. Thank you so much.

I am so pleased to hear that your Dad is making a good recovery and pleased that you felt supported by the doctors and nurses in the Intensive Care Unit. It is always appreciated to hear such positive comments. I will personally pass on your sentiments to the appropriate managers/staff members.
