What could be improved

I visit weekly and take my grandchild to Hyrotherapy. We like all other users of the parking machines dread a sunny day as the machines are totally unreadable. We like the queue infront end up trying in vain to shield the sceen to make it readable and have resorted to simply blindly feeding in money until change is given and our ticket is returned.

Will you please instruct your conrtactors to either replace the machines, turn them around or put an opaque roof on the shelter.

I have spoken to the Contractors responsible for this service, who will be meeting shortly to discuss the issues you have raised in order to help rectify the problem.
