What I liked

I was taken to Southmead, which was over 3hrs away from home. The reason for transfer was an ordeal in itself, plus I was all alone, so far away from family and friends. The staff on Delivery Suite and Quantock were supportive, efficient and caring. When my partner was able to travel down and stay with me for support, the staff made every effort to accomodate him too, which meant a lot! I saw many specialists during my stay, who gave as much information as possible. Unfortunatly, the outcome was not good. I can't fault any of the midwives or specialists, just thank them for all their help and support during what was (and still is) a very difficult time.

What could be improved

Cleanliness was not as high a standard as I expected.
