What I liked

The main reception are simply the best! Its rare to find such kind caring people that will do anything to help. If anyone reads this and can ensure they personally know how fantastic I think they are I would be truly grateful.

What could be improved

Was trying to speak to someone at the Next of Kin office from 2.30 to 4.00. Even turned up in person in hope to speak with them to no avail. It was very distressing not being able to talk to someone from the right area as we really wanted an appointment to see my step dad in the chapel of rest
