came there today 22 june 2010 at 7am , got ticket nr 5 and at sat there till 9am. they called me at ~0930h and sent to Xrays dept. up there, guys called me 4 times, each time they werent happy about xray quality. I never experienced this before.what an amateurs!!!! back to reception, i told them i wasted 1 hour in 1 floor and i would need to be attended by midday because of my train to the airport. they said , you are next, at 11am doctor showed me xray and explained what has to be done. he said i would have to wait maybe 40 min maybe less. at midday they said maybe 30min more. I left to the train st in a hurry at midday . its terrible, came there with horrible pain since last friday and they didnt even give me painkillers or expressed supportive words. this ward is without soul and rules! why they didnt attend me 1h earlier as i lost it in xrays room. it wasnt my fault they didnt take correct picture! I will contact duty officer when i am back on wensday 30june. something must be changed there! its worst emergency experience i ever had in Europe!thank you

I am sorry to read about your poor experience and hope that you will take the time to discuss this with the Duty Officer at your next appointment. In the meantime your comments have been passed to the Associate Director for discussion with relevant managers in the Primary Care Department.
