"disgrace. You do not want to come here for help..."

This is the worst experience I've ever had. The staff are lazy. They change daily barring a select few full time staff who are fantastic!. Other than that the rest are jobs worth. You get pushed pillow to post. The breakdown in communication is absolutely disgraceful!!! I left the ward Tuesday ! Was put into a plan called "home treatment " nobody accept one staff member after ringing the ward with no exaggeration 50-80 times, came and dropped my medication off! They’re a good person, the rest ain't worth the pens they push. I'm meant to see a psychiatrist as part of my therapy every day between 10 and 12. Do you think these people have even bothered to show up? Let alone contact me! And after screaming about my medication the aforementioned staff member decided to do the right thing and come over them self. There is a serious lack of communication between the staff on turner ward and the staff from home treatment. Your all a disgrace! I got my medication only yesterday (Thursday the 1st of June) when I was supposed to receive it the day after I was released which would have been Tuesday morning between 10 & 12. And nobody helped every time I called the ward! They made excuses about not finding address, being from a different team, not dealing with that side of things and the list goes on! Your all a pure and utter disgrace! This is supposed to be a mental wealth ward and all these people do is drive you insane and into the ground ! I would never recommend anybody even bother visiting or admitting them selfs to this hospital because it is worst than Basildon and that's rated one of the worst in the country!! Being from Essex believe me I agree and know ! But goodmayes turner ward tops the lot! You all should be ashamed of how you care for people your adisgrace to the NHS and the health system! Absolute disgrace. It's Friday the 2nd today and I was instructed by the above staff member to take my medication from today because it interrupts with sleep. So 4 days no medication after being released! And still nobody has turned up as instructed or planned? Nobody has contacted me to explain why? I've been left to fend for my self and deal with my mental health issues alone! I'm better off on my own and so will you be people avoid this ward and hospital at all costs because it will give you stress and axiety like you have never experienced in your life! This whole hospital needs a make over and if I can personally get in touch with the director of mental health for the NHS I will do so! You absolute disgrace you make me sick!

God help all of us who suffer and seek help because there is no light at the end of this tunnel with these staff and this hospital!! Avoid at all costs !
