My appointment at the eye clinic was at 15.00 on 17/06/10, I arrived ten mins early which was rather stupid as the normal waiting time on average is one and a half hours but this time it was surpased as I did not get to see the doctor until 16.58. This is totaly unacceptable I for one turn up for appointments on time & I accept that a half hour wait would be more than enough time to wait. But it is getting ridiculous their are to many patients for the amount of doctors. I was told this while I was waiting & getting impatiant. Somthing has to be done about this clinic it is the only one of three that I attend that I am kept waiting for so long.
