very modern hospital
What could be improved
patient confidentiality - my pre-op assessment was done in a room where another patient was also getting hers done. I complained about this to the hospital and got a "that's just how it is" response.
Anything else?
very poor instructions about what arrangements I needed to put in place as a day patient. I nearly gave up and went home as I am new to Coventry and had no local support. Assumptions are made. Staff know what they mean and therefore don't communicate clearly.
