What could be improved
Self Service Healthcare is how I would describe my experience. Healthcare was neither personal nor dedicated. Seemed like the stuff was aiming for the "satisfactory" within NHS guidelines rather than the Satisfactory for the patient. I felt abandoned disgraced and neglected. I work for the NHS as well and this makes me feel even more disappointed as the level of services I provide does not compare to the level of services I received. Should I be asking my patients to lower their expectations as well from now on?
