What I liked

I was a walk in patient in A & E. I was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I needed an X-ray for an injured shoulder. I was given a follow up appointment at the fracture clinic later that week. This was again a very positive experience. The staff were very polite, efficient and valued my time.

What could be improved

Nothing! all ran very smoothly. I felt I was treated with respect and courtesy.
