What I liked

When visiting in the A&E Department the healthcare assistant was rude and unhygenic. Upon taking my sisters canula out they used no gloves, when I asked them to out gloves on they got rude and said they did not have to. When my sister asked them to put some on they ignored her and took the canula out anyway.

What could be improved

The healthcare assistant to be retrained
