"cant fault the care they gave my husband..."

About: The Essex Cardiothoracic Centre

my husband was in the CCU unit last year for nearly 2half months and I can not express the care he got was so great he was admitted with what they though was his heart but it was his kiddies that was the problem they put in on the kidney machine and had to keep him under sedation for the whole time he was with you .when he was well enough we got him transfer to southend hospital were he was for another month. Sadly. he passed away on the 8th of may but at least Basildon gave a few more months with me and I cant thank them enough.

Firstly may we offer our condolences on the loss of your husband, and our apologies that our response did not appear at the time your comments were posted.

We are always pleased when relatives write with their appreciation of the care and treatment their loved ones have received.

Although during your husband's stay in the Essex Cardiothoracic Centre at Basildon Hospital he was under sedation, we are glad that his treatment gave you a little more time with him.

May we take this opportunity to thank you and send you our very best wishes.
