My Mu was admitted on Tuesday 25th April after a phone call from her GP.
She was booked in at around 6.45 pm and by 10.30 am she had received blood tests, chest Xray and was admitted to Ward D40.
She was moved to B20 the next day.
Every member of staff that was involved in my Mum's care was professional, caring and empathetic.
As Mum was suffering from delirium her key nurses and the mental health team gave me excellent updates and the staff in B20 (on Mum's release on 27th April) passed on all relevant information regarding her medications and exactly what had happened to her.
I cannot praise all the staff highly enough, who did a fantastic job from admission to release.
