What I liked

From the moment I attended outpatients the staff explained all procedures and checked I had full understanding and choice. They were professional, warm in manner and had a healthy and appreciated sense of humour which helped enormously. I was so pleased to see the same attitude with the staff of ward 2.From the exceptional anaethatists and theatre staff to the all on the ward I was treated exceptionally by all. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained and my comfort and pain levels were constantly monitered. Having never been an in patient before I could not believe how a hospital procedure could be delivered with such care, warmth and professionalism.I hope the staff at Good Hope are told on a regualar basis just how special they are because they should be.
