What I liked

my mum was in hospital, and she thought the nursing staff and healthcare assistants were brilliant. there continued support was outstanding

What could be improved

doctors bedside manner. doctors are never easily avaiable to talk to. my mum was laying in her bed and doctors talked over her as if she wasn't there. one doctor in particlar came in and prodded her head without introducing themselves, then walked out. my mum was dying and we had to wait over a bank holiday weekend to find this out.

Anything else?

100% for the nursing staff and the healthcare assistants. couldn't fault them. keep up the amazing work.

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide feedback to the Trust regarding your late mothers recent stay. It is pleasing to hear that the nursing care was satisfactory; however it is with disappointment that the medical experience was less satisfactory. We are sorry for this and will use this experience as an opportunity to build on improving communication with patients and families.
