What I liked

I was referred to the physio department at All Hallows Hospital by my GP after a fall affected my upper arm. The treatment i received was excellent and very helpful in curing the problem. The physio explained everything she was doing as she went through the treatment. She took the time needed and made sure i was happy with everything that was going on. Being able to attend on a Saturday morning was excellent. This meant I did not need to take time off work and the treatment could be carried out when it suited me best.

The treatment I received was excellent, the service was professional and friendly and i do not think this could be improved in any way.

I felt i had to send this feedback. Everyone is so quick to be critical. But here I just want to say thank you. It has made a great difference.
