What I liked

Related to a Booking In appt:

The very friendly and informative staff who told me what I needed to know without bombarding me, and the fact that I'm now booked in for classes etc already, when friends at other hospitals almost missed theirs completely due to staff not promoting the classes.

What could be improved

A little more explanation by the staff taking blood tests as to where I need to go afterwards instead of me having to ask them.

Anything else?

Looking forward to my pregnancy at Queen Charlotte's.
