What could be improved
The attitude of the receptionist.
I am shocked at the attitude I received this morning when phoning the dental hospital.After politely asking for advice on behalf of my mom who is in tremendous pain, the member of staff was rude,unhelpful and I feel very disappointed by their attitude.This person needs to be spoken to by management as they are in the wrong job.Do they not realise that their position is so important as they are front of house and the first person people have contact with .They should be setting an example on behalf of the dental hospital.
