About: Victoria Hospital / Maternity care

(as the patient),

I had a planned c section (3 years after emergency c section).  All staff were absolutely fantastic. The kindness, support and professionalism shown by all the staff was overwhelming, and my husband and I will be eternally grateful for this. The wards were immaculate. The food was lovely. A great start for myself and my little baby boy.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your maternity care and congratulations on the birth of your baby boy! It is great to hear that you felt supported by staff who were kind and professional in their approach to you and your husband. This is such a special time for people and staff play a critical role in making it such.

Your comments about the cleanliness of the wards and the quality of the food are also much appreciated. I will share your post with the Teams involved in providing these services who will very much appreciate your feedback.
